    Edition française, sous le titre " Vieille maison ", chez l'éditeur Julio Garzon, Paris.  
    Composé par Canaro à bord du Cap Arcona, lors de son retour d'Europe. Le 26 juillet 1935, c'est la première de la pièce "Rascacielos", de Canaro et Pelay, avec les acteurs Margarita Padín, María Esther Gamas, Paquita Garzón, Vicente Climent, Dringue Farias, et le chanteur Ernesto Famá, qui chante ce tango.
